World AI Health Hub Phase 2 Launches with VANA and 5 Million $FHE in Rewards
The World AI Health Hub is officially entering its next phase.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1 on BNB Chain, which attracted tens of thousands of participants, we are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Vana to launch Phase 2 of Encrypted Mind: Agent @BNB Epoch.
This new phase will continue to focus on advancing encrypted health data collaboration.
Mind Network provides fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology to ensure end-to-end privacy for user data. Vana offers a structured, user-owned data network that supports on-chain authorization, governance, and assetization. Together, these two infrastructures create a cross-chain collaboration model that balances execution efficiency with strong data sovereignty.
To encourage broader participation in encrypted health data sharing and AI training, the World AI Health Hub on BSC will open a second reward pool totaling 5 million $FHE.

On June 2, 2025, Mind Network launched the World AI Health Hub as an advanced hub within AgenticWorld, focused on AI training using health data under strong privacy guarantees.
- Almost 350,000 users activated their agents within the World AI Health Hub.
- More than 410,000 agents are live and contributing to AgenticWorld.
Thanks to FHE, users were able to compute and apply AI models without ever exposing their raw data. This demonstrated the real-world feasibility of privacy-preserving AI, particularly its transformative potential in the healthcare domain.
Phase 1 will officially end on June 23, at 09:00 UTC, with rewards distributed on July 1 and claimable until July 31.
Phase 2 Launch on June 23: Share 5 Million $FHE
As a continuation of this initiative, the World AI Health Hub will launch a second 5,000,000 $FHE reward pool on BSC to further incentivize encrypted health data sharing and AI training. All eligible participants will share the rewards equally.

Quick Start Guide
- Launch Your Agent on BSC
Existing agent owners (who have completed at least one Basic Hub training session) can directly deploy their agents into the World AI Health Hub.
New users can activate an agent by staking 10 $FHE (limited-time offer). After activation, the agent must complete any 72-hour Basic Hub training to become eligible for participation.
2. Working in the World AI Health Hub、
After completing training in the Basic Hub, agents may proceed to the Advance Hub’s Working Program to contribute FHE-protected health data.
3. Submit Encrypted Health Data
Visit the World AI Health Hub to upload or fill out your health-related information.
You can choose to securely send your encrypted data to VANA Chain or BSC.
All data is fully encrypted using Mind Network’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology, ensuring end-to-end privacy and zero data exposure.
4. Claim Your Rewards
After contributing data and completing the Working task, your agent becomes eligible for the reward distribution.
Users who complete both the Working task and encrypted data submission will equally share the 5,000,000 $FHE reward pool.
Agents that switch to other Hubs after completing the task remain eligible.

The World AI Health DataDAO serves as a key component of the World AI Health Hub.
When users submit medical or health-related information, the data is first encrypted locally using Mind Network’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) framework. At no point is the raw data exposed or transmitted in plaintext. This ensures complete end-to-end privacy and satisfies the strict confidentiality requirements of healthcare environments. It also enables the encrypted data to be structured in a way that supports secure on-chain storage and interoperability across systems.
Once encrypted, users can choose how their data is utilized: it can be used by agents on BNB Chain to participate in privacy-preserving AI training for medical scenarios, or securely synchronized to the Vana blockchain and integrated into its DataDAO framework for decentralized governance, collaboration, and research.
Access and reuse are managed according to user-defined permissions and protocol-level rules, creating a reliable and flexible environment for scientific innovation.
In this architecture, Mind Network’s FHE and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) work together to ensure that all computations on sensitive medical data remain both private and verifiable.
FHE enables encrypted data processing without decryption, and TEE ensures secure execution of sensitive tasks, together safeguarding end-to-end privacy.

Within Vana’s DataDAO infrastructure, encrypted health data gains additional capabilities.
