Mind Network is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become our Moderators. We prefer individuals who get active level.3 and above (check here) and gain at least 260 points in Zealy.
As a mod, you will be responsible for promoting Mind Network and its products to community members, answering questions from the community, ensuring their engagement and retention, and helping to maintain the integrity of the project.
Job Description:
- Know the FAQs and Mind products to be able to effectively communicate the details with members in the chat (both in Discord and Telegram) and reply ASAP;
- Assist in promoting Mind Network and fostering closer connections among users;
- Vibe in the Discord/Telegram and have fun with members in Mind Network community;
- Take the lead in community communication by assisting in organising events (including and not limited to voice talk, games, contests etc..) and initiating high quality & insightful discussions;
- Contact the team promptly to provide feedback on community issues;
- Help translate Mind Network’s official content into your own language if needed.
Qualifications：
- You are already a dedicated supporter of Mind Network and have a strong interest in Web3;
- Knowledge of privacy computing and encryption techniques is a plus;
- You have an authentic voice and community members enjoy having you around;
- You possess creativity, empathy, and derive satisfaction from interacting with the community and contributing to the growth of the Mind Network;
- You are available for a certain number of working hours per day (ideally 6–8 hours);
- Prior experience in community moderation is a plus.
