Mind Network Announces the First FHECon at Token2049 Singapore
Mind Network will host the first FHECon together with ZAMA, Inco, and Fhenix on 17th September at Token2049 Singapore.
In the fields of Web3 and AI, Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) remains a relatively new and less well-known concept compared to other cryptographic primitives like ZK and MPC. Often referred to as the “Holy Grail” of cryptography, FHE allows computations to be performed directly on encrypted data without the need for decryption.
FHECon will be an all-day event featuring renowned speakers from FHE fields, restaking ecological protocols, AI projects, and more. The discussion will include but not limit to FHE, decentralized AI networks, and consensus security.
What will you hear from this event?
The following FHE warriors will gather together in Singapore to showcase the latest advancements in FHE, its synergy with re-staking, and its integration with AI networks. The event will feature insightful keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, showcasing the most recent innovations and real-world applications of FHE in Web3 and decentralized AI.

Full speakers line-up will be updated on the event page, sign up now before limited seats run out.
Why are we hosting this event?
In decentralized AI networks, PoS networks, AVS, and other networks, consensus mechanisms are critical for ensuring that all nodes in the network reach agreement on transactions and data states.
Mind Network leverages FHE to provide use cases for Web3 and AI networks, transforming verification models into homomorphic encryption models, enabling training and inference to be conducted directly on encrypted data. Mind Network is committed to providing risk-free returns based on FHE for billions of people in the restaking ecosystem, ensuring consensus security for AI, PoS, and other networks.
Mind Network has initiated multiple series of events, such as the “On My Mind” community meetup worldwide; as well as the “Mind Chat” series AMA. We continuously discuss with ecosystem partners like ZAMA, Privasea, AIOZ, OG, Myshell, etc., in fields like FHE and AI. Token2049 Singapore is a major event that connects Web3 enterprises worldwide. During this occasion, the FHE warriors aim to amplify FHE’s impact across the industry.
Join the FHE journey with us
The upcoming FHECon marks the beginning of a new series focused on FHE technology, dedicated to promoting new applications based on FHE and cryptographic foundations while pushing the boundaries of technological innovation. We aim to address these issues through FHE and discuss the value of FHE and the boundaries of AI networks, attracting more ecosystems to join in order to advance the FHE, AI, and Web3 industries, leading the next wave of billion-dollar market trends.
Zama
Zama is an open source cryptography company building state-of-the-art FHE solutions for blockchain and AI.
Inco
Inco is the universal confidentiality layer of web3, powered by FHE and secured by Ethereum, enabling the development of next frontier decentralized applications (dApps), providing confidentiality to existing blockchains, and breaking down the final barrier to Web3 adoption at scale.
Fhenix
Fhenix is the first confidential L2 powered by fully homomorphic encryption. Fhenix enables Ethereum developers to seamlessly build encrypted smart contracts and perform encrypted computation of data, all while using Solidity and other familiar, easy-to-use tools.
About Mind Network
Mind Network is the first FHE Restaking Layer for PoS and AI Networks. Their framework operates as an FHE validation network, bringing secure computation and consensus to Bitcoin restaking, Decentralized AI, Bridges, EigenLayer AVS, Bittensor Subnet, and many critical PoS networks. Mind Network’s solution enables verifiable decentralized computation over encrypted data.
Mind Network is backed by Binance Labs, Hashkey, Big Brain, Chainlink, and received an Ethereum Foundation Grant for their FHE research on Ethereum.
